LED replace incandescent lamp in China in the next 5years

From news conference about led replace incandescent lamp we learn: The national development and reform commission, Commerce Department , General Administration of Customs, SAIC, AQSIQ jointly issued by gradually banning imports and sales general illumination of incandescent lamp announcements .These announcements decide to ban general illumination of incandescent lamp announcements imports and sales according to the size of the power consumption from Oct 1st,2012.  China will ban more than 100watts general illumination of incandescent lamp sale in the October of next year.  China is a big Country with producing and consuming light products and is the first place of the world in the output of led and incandescent lamp. In 2010,the output of incandescent lamp and domestic sales are 3.85 billion and 1.07 billion respectively. According to the calculation, the power consumption of China lighting is about 12% of the whole society. In the future, in China taking the measure of led replacing incandescent will bring up a lot of advantage which can promote China lighting and electronic industry structure optimization, push to realize “twelve five” energy conservation and emission reduction goals and tasks, and is the great significance of confronting global climate change.  Incandescent replacing led are divided into five stages:  1. Transition from Nov 1st,2011 to Sep 30th,2012  2. Ban more than 100watts and general lighting incandescent lamp importation and sales from Oct 1st,2012  3. Ban more than 60watts and general lighting incandescent lamp importation and sales from Oct 1st, 2014.  4. Evaluation period middle from Oct 1st 2015 to Sep 30th,2016  5. Ban more than 15watts and general lighting incandescent lamp importation and sales from Oct 1st, 2016.Or adjust the result of evaluation period middle.  These five stages will promote China lighting and electronic develop healthy, and obtain good effect of energy saving and emission reduction. Also, output of new increasingled lighting industry is 8 billion. There are 15,000new jobs. Every year the time of energy saving is 48 billion kilowatt every hour. And carbon dioxide emissions will reduce 48 million tons every year.
